These practical drawings support a mutually-valued action plan and they become invaluable tools for enabling accurate cost estimation and the successful implementation of a design in the field.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

For our design patrons, we are available to assist you with facilitating the materialization of your design. We assemble a team of construction professionals from our trusted network who are equally committed to a shared vision and uniquely qualified for the job. As project managers, our role is to solicit competitive bids, create time lines, schedule & coordinate sub-contractors, monitor the working budget, expedite revisions, oversee construction and provide quality control throughout all phases of work.
